Refund & Exchange Policy

Customers who want to return/exchange their order from PFKurties can easily do so if the product they want to return/exchange is applicable under the following conditions: 

• Wrong product received (incorrect style or incorrect size)
• Damaged product received (in case of damaged product, the customer needs to send in a video of the product from unboxing to the actual product).

Return requests will only be accepted within 2 days post the delivery of the order.

The customer needs to send the shipment back to us at the following shipping address at their own expense: E-1007, KW Srishti, Rajnagar Extension, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh - 201017, PH: 7799012318

All product tags intact and in their original packaging.

Product must be unused.

Products must be in an unwashed and in undamaged condition.

•  For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders : Refund will be given in the form of discount coupon only. Please Note: The amount credited in the wallet will only be the final product price at which it was purchased. Credits for delivery and handling charges will not be added in the wallet.

• For Prepaid Online Payment: Refund will be initiated in the same bank account or online source from which the payment was made. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your order, please cancel the same before the item is ready to ship .If the order is ready to ship/dispatched then cancellation will not be done .

Please be advised that some of the orders are shipped almost immediately and it may not always be possible to cancel.

For prepaid orders, the amount paid will be credited into the same payment source from which the payment was made. This includes Credit Card, Debit Card, Wallets, Net Banking, and UPI. The Refund will be initiated in the same bank account from which the payment was made.
